We hope that you always love your order, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise purchased on our site for a store credit within 21 days of original purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a store credit for anything past the 21 day mark.
- Already discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for a return. If a store coupon code is used to purchase an item eligible for a return then you may return for a store credit within 21 days of original purchase. All things under the Accessories tab- jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, accessories, bodysuits & intimates (ie. bralettes & stockings) are final sale.
- Customer is solely responsible for return shipping. We highly suggest that you use a trackable return method as we are not responsible for return packages. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your store credit.
- Please send an email to customer service WITH your order number and stating why you are returning your item (ie: does not fit or damaged).
- If your item/items arrive damaged you must email customer service within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com
